Lourdas White Villa gives its visitors the feeling of quiet luxury as it has large indoor and outdoor spaces and is able to host up to 6 people. it harmonizes with the blue of the sky and the sea.
In the interior, the villa consists of 3 levels and has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, toaster, electric juicer, kettle) ), as well as dining-living room with fireplace and Smart TV
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The first floor has two other bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom.Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens that lead to a large swimming pool (33 sq.m.) with an outdoor shower, while in the pool area there is, in addition to the sunbeds, a special shaded area with a built-in lounge.
In the garden there is another another special BBQ area, fully equipped with a sink and a built-in dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people. It also has 3 large terraces equipped with seating and sunbeds, which offer unlimited views.
The basement has a closed private parking as well as the loadry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and iron. There is free parking space both inside and outside, as well as free Wifi with an excellent signal(Starlink), while all areas are air-conditioned.
