Melina Villa

Villa Melina is a supreme villa residence nestled in the village of Kremidi 40 minutes away from Kefalonia’s International Airport, and the capital Argostoli. The villa measures 350 m² of interior space featuring in total 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests and 1.300 m² of exterior space.

Villa Melina boasts a Panoramic sea view and its design follows mainly the “open floor”  layout principles,  giving to its residents easy access to the indoor & outdoor areas. It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining room, a living room, and a library/study room. Villa Felicity features 4 bedrooms with a two (2) king-size bed on the upper floor with a queen-size bed, whereas the other two (2) bedrooms and are equipped with a twin bed each. It also features 4 bathrooms, two of them with bathtubs and two with shower.

In the outdoors, there is a uniquely designed private swimming pool (measuring 12.50 *3m a built-in seating function next to the pool as well as a BBQ set, a furnished outdoor dining/sitting area, private covered parking for 2 cars and surrounding the property well-kept garden areas.
